Made some fixes

Well, due to some suggestions. I decided to make some fixes.
-I've fixed smithing, allowing you to make armour and weapons instead of gold.
-Fletching already worked but the knife in the general store at Lumbridge didn't work so I replaced the knives
-I've also cleaned up the Kalphite area
There are still more fixes to come.
